Data Source Accuracy

Greetings,
I am a basic member. I am aware that Stockcharts.com receives Market Data from IDC Corp-which is a well known and accurate Market Data source.
However, I have lately been comparing the Daily New Highs & New Lows data from the Stockcharts.com "DecsionPoint" charts; ie, !NewHiSML and others, to Pinnacle Data Daily New High and New Low Data which comes from S&P/Dow Jones Market Data. Pinnacle Data supplies Stockcharts.com with Futures Data and I trust this source. However, from what source does the Market Data on the Stockcharts.com DecsionPoint charts originate?

The Pinnacle Data is used to audit breadth data overnight. The results of the audit are updated the next morning after 10:30 AM. After 10:30 AM, if you look at the previous day, you will see that the data has changed since you last looked at it.
