Flat Base Breakout stock advanced scans

Here is a partial answer to your question. The breakout is not included with this:

[type is stock] and [daily sma(20,volume) > 40000] and [daily sma(20, Close) > 10.0]

and [[yesterday's max(10, high) < yesterday's min(10, low) * 1.03] or [yesterday's max(5, high) < yesterday's min(5, low) * 1.03]]

This scan searches for stocks moving sideways for 10 or 5 periods. It also has the volume and price filters. You might be able to integrate this if someone provides a breakout scan.
