SCTR rank >= 90 for at least 1 day during past 250 days?

How can I create a scan to find stocks which had a SCTR ranking >= 90 for at least 1 day during the previous 250 days? Assume it must be built around the MIN/MAX functions but can't seem to work out a syntax which will do it.

    Just select MAX from the Technical Indicators and edit for the number of days you want and substitute SCTR in place of close.
