weekly scan using previous weeks

I want to compare PPO Line to previos week and the previous week PPO Line to two weeks ago PPO Line.

I tried the following:
and[ WEEKLY PPO LINE(12,26,1) > 1 WEEK AGO PPO LINE(12,26,1)]
AND[1 WEEK AGO PPO LINE(12,26,1)< 2 WEEK'S AGO WEEKLY PPO LINE(12,26,1)]

I only got results where PPO Line was greater than the previous week and the Previous week PPO Line was greater than 2 weeks ago.
Any suggestions are welcome

    You need to use the "weekly" modifier with EVERY mention of the indicator. See my edits in lower case:

    and[ WEEKLY PPO LINE(12,26,1) > 1 WEEK AGO weekly PPO LINE(12,26,1)]
    AND[1 WEEK AGO weekly PPO LINE(12,26,1)< 2 WEEK'S AGO WEEKLY PPO LINE(12,26,1)]
