How do I save the refresh setting to 15 sec so it refreshes automatically when the chart is opened?

I choose the refresh automatically at 15 seconds and save the chart but when I open it, the refresh is off. Is it possible to save the 15 second setting?

    As far as I know, you can't. Same with "inspect".
