Can anyone direct me to a scan formula that would provide for price to be below "1%"of a "ema"moving average please. Thanks in advance

    Do you mean anywhere below 1% of the ema, whether it's 10% below or 70% below, or right around 1% below ema, give or take?

    anywhere below 1%

    and [close < ema(x)*.99]

    right around 1% below

    and [close > ema(x)*.985]
    and [close < ema(x)*.995]
