Less than 1 day chart interval and Extended Hours box is clicked but extended hours won't show,

SCC CLASSIC, (not ACP), Basic paid package, The extended hours' candles did show for a while WHILE I HAD THEM CLICKED ON until I turned them off. But now that I turned them back on they don't show again. -- Any ideas?

    Are you hitting the "update" button after you check off extended hours?
