    You'd need to contact StockCharts.com Support for any help along those lines. This is a user forum that isn't monitored by anyone that can assist in that regard.

    I was hoping that someone has had a similar experience. StockCharts support hasn't responded.

    I don't remember how sign up works - but if you are supposed to get a password by email, check your junk or spam folder.
