I get that error, too. $INDU chart is dated 11/19, $SPX is dated 11/20.
Looks like a data error on their part.0 -

The scan engine and the data stopped working from 11/20 and I noticed a message was posted on the stockcharts.com support page until yesterday. Does not seem to resolved yet0
